Smart Building Engineering is a registered engineering consultancy and professional training firm specialising in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS).

We take an integrated engineering approach to every building: one team designs, installs and maintains the BMS and every extra-low-voltage system, so they work together and stay reliable. The result is lower running costs, better comfort and safety, and systems that last.

Alongside our project work, we train the engineers the industry needs. Our courses are built from real Gulf and Indian projects, and over 125 professionals have trained with us.

Hamza Mohamed Ansari

Founder & Managing Partner

Hamza leads BMS, lighting control and GRMS design, estimation and commissioning at SBE. Before founding the company he spent more than ten years on building automation projects across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman, working with clients and contractors from tender through handover.

He has hands-on experience with Trend, Honeywell Alerton, Schneider Electric controls, Philips Dynalite, Legrand, Xicato Bluetooth lighting and Loxone. He also designs and teaches SBE's BMS and ELV courses and personally runs the 1-on-1 doubt sessions for students.

Ibrahimsha S K M

Co-founder & IBMS Consultant

Ibrahimsha brings a background in consulting, project engineering, and sales and marketing in the IBMS and IoT sector. He prepares the project documents and presentations behind successful bids, and handles on-site verification, team coordination and commissioning.

He also leads market research, client relations and vendor management, and manages projects end to end with a collaborative, results-focused approach.
